At APUMarketing.com, we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual consultation, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not provided at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
