Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not provided at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen.
