We have a non-refundable policy... All business cards are final after all designs are agreed upon by all parties that are included for any creation of product. If there's any misprint on our behalf for any finish product, then we will do rework for free.

Shipping Fees

Your shipping fee is based on the dollar total of your order. If you have bags in your order, there is a separate shipping fee for those products. Digital products and items offered with free shipping are not included in calculating your shipping fee. Shipping fees are calculated on order total before applicable taxes are included.

 
 

Express Delivery

We offer three-business-day shipping on US-bound orders placed before 6:00 p.m. ET, with guaranteed Express Delivery to all postage addresses, excluding PO boxes, some remote areas, and select products.

 
 

Delivery Details

Flat rate shipping fees and surcharges apply only to shipments within the United States. Costs for shipments outside of the United States are based on size of order, delivery speed, and delivery destination. Delivery times apply to orders placed before 6:00 p.m. ET.

• Premium plus matte (18-pt): UV matte front and silk coated back on a thicker, heavier stock. Prints with rich, eye-catching colors.
• Premium plus glossy (18-pt): A thicker, heavier stock with a UV glossy front and silk coated back. Makes colors and images really pop.
• Premium linen (13-pt): Unique woven texture. Works best for designs with less ink coverage.
• Premium recycled matte (14-pt): 100% post-consumer recycled paper that shows natural fibers. Easy to write on, and great for designs that use less ink. 
• Premium uncoated (16-pt): Sturdy, classic-looking card with a smooth, uncoated texture. Ideal for simple, text-heavy designs.
• Premium pearl (16-pt): Shimmering look with a smooth feel – makes unprinted “white” space really stand out.
• Premium kraft (17-pt): 90% post-consumer recycled, light brown paper. A planet-friendly, creative look – with a sturdy, natural feel.
• Premium soft touch (16-pt): Smooth, velvety matte coating that feels unlike any of our other stocks.
• Premium natural textured (16-pt): 100% post-consumer recycled paper, with light, natural speckling and a felt-like, rippled texture.

Tips for a professional look

All customers may cancel their subscription(s) at any time. What ever artwork, videos, or media that was created for you will be offered to you in a request up to 90 days. If you choose any digit marketing packages than your service will stop on the end of the month or date of each agreement of payment for that month. We will hold your package for 3 months in the server. After that resigning with fees and ect starts over like initial setup. No refunds on any products/services sold after 14 days. All refunds are subject to a deductible amount depending on the progress of work started. No refunds on any deposits including on any finance term(s) of any contract we agreed upon with purchase.
