We have a non-refundable policy... All business cards are final after all designs are agreed upon by all parties that are included for creation of product. If there's any misprint on our behalf for any finish product then we will do rework for free.

• Delivery times apply to orders placed before 8:00 p.m. CET.
• We deliver most of our orders during the working day, so we suggest leaving an address where someone can receive your order in person. For orders placed on Vistaprint.com and shipping outside of North America, an international shipping fee will apply based on shipping costs.
• Guaranteed Express Delivery to all postage addresses, excluding PO boxes.
• Express orders will arrive within 3 business days after today.Processing times estimated are for continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. For orders placed on Vistaprint.com and shipping outside of North America, an international shipping fee will apply based on shipping costs.

Tips for pearl business cards
• To get the most out of this lustrous stock, use a design that has lighter colors.
• Make your card easier to read with a minimum 12-point font size.
• Leave some white space in your design to showcase the pearl effect.

Choosing your size
• Standard (3.5" x 2"): The traditional size and shape – fits in any holder.
• Square (2.5" x 2.5"): Uniquely shaped cards that look and feel a cut above.
• Slim (3.5" x 1.75"): A sleek and streamlined look that makes your card stand out.

Choosing your corners
• Standard: The traditional look, with clean 90-degree corners.
• Rounded: Quarter-inch rounded corners create a memorable, modern look.

Cancellation / Refund / Refund Policy 
All customers may cancel their subscription(s) at any time. What ever artwork, videos, or media that was created for you will be offered to you in a request up to 90 days. If you choose any digit marketing packages than your service will stop on the end of the month or date of each agreement of payment for that month. We will hold your package for 3 months in the server. After that resigning with fees and ect starts over like initial setup. No refunds on any products/services sold after 14 days. All refunds are subject to a deductible amount depending on the progress of work started. No refunds on any deposits including on any finance term(s) of any contract we agreed upon with purchase.
