Assembly Guide

Get your custom canopy tents ready to go in minutes with these simple steps. (Pro tip: We recommend teams of at least two people.)

1. PREP
Stand the frame up, then pull the legs slightly apart. Drape the fabric over the top, attaching it at each corner.

2. EXPAND
Alternating at each end of the tent, pull legs of the frame apart slowly, until the frame is fully extended. 

3. LIFT
Unlock the frame’s corner connectors and lift until they click into place. Use the crank to raise the canopy’s point.

4. SECURE
Doublecheck the corner connectors. In windy weather, use the ground stakes and rope to add extra stability.

Q: Are canopy tents weather-resistant?
A: Yes. The durable polyester not only stands up to rainy weather, it’s also UV-resistant. We also include metal ground stakes and rope in case you need to plan for windy weather – tie the rope to the stakes and then secure it to the tent to keep things from blowing away in a gust of wind.

Q: I already have a tent frame. Can I buy the canopy on its own?
A: No. Since a secure fit is so important to the look and effectiveness of your tent, we sell our tents as complete sets – each with a frame and canopy fabric.

Q: Can I adjust my tent’s height?
A: Yes. Telescopic legs mean that you can adjust your tent’s height up to a maximum of 11.5’.

Q: How big are canopy tents?
A: When fully constructed and in place, the dimensions are: 118.5” W x 138.25” H x 118.5” D. When packed into the included carrying case, the dimensions are: 61.38” H x 8.37” W x 8.37” D.

Q: How much does the tent weigh?
A: The tent frame weights 36 lbs., while the polyester custom canopy fabric weighs 8.5 lbs. The entire set – frame, fabric, stakes and case – weighs a total of 51.5 lbs. Please note that your carrying case includes wheels to make it easier to transport.

Q: Is this custom canopy flame-retardant?
A: Yes. The tent fabric is NRPA701-certified.

Returns / Cancellation / Refunds / Exchanges 
All customers may cancel their subscription(s) at any time. What ever artwork, videos, or media that was created for you will be offered to you in a request up to 90 days. If you choose any digit marketing packages than your service will stop on the end of the month or date of each agreement of payment for that month. We will hold your package for 3 months in the server. After that resigning with fees and ect starts over like initial setup. No refunds on any products/services sold after 14 days. All refunds are subject to a deductible amount depending on the progress of work started. No refunds on any deposits including on any finance term(s) of any contract we agreed upon with purchase. No refunds on any digital products / services. No returns on physical items that's not company fault / open products, but may be subject to an exchange if approved by APUMarketing.com.
