1. WASH & DRY
Clean your vehicle surface with mild soap and water.

2. APPLY
Place your magnet onto your vehicle’s door or side panel.

3. MAINTAIN
Clean and dry under your magnet at least once a week.

4. REMOVE
Take off the magnet before car washes and between uses.

Q: How thick are your vehicle magnets?
A: Each of our custom car magnets is 0.85 mm thick.

Q: Can I put a car magnet on a door that is curved?
A: Most likely. Your magnets should be able to stay in place without any issues on doors or side panels with slight curves to them – and they work very well on flat surfaces. If your surface has dips or bumps, we don’t recommend magnets.

Q: How strong is each magnet?
A: The magnetic strength is 90 lbs. per square foot.

Q: How long will my magnet last?
A: With proper care and use, custom car magnets can be used for about two years. At that point, we strongly recommend replacing your magnet to prevent it from falling off your vehicle while you drive.

Q: Should I match my car magnet to the color of my vehicle?
A: We recommend that you create an advertising magnet in a different (yet complementary) color. Not only does this help your magnet stand out to people, it’s the easiest way to create a consistent look across multiple vehicles of differing colors. Just make sure you keep your messaging and design simple and clear.

Q: Can I put a magnet on a new paint job?
A: No, you’ll want to wait for your paint to cure – and this is also the case with a new clear coat or wax job. The recommended wait time is 90 days for a new coat of paint, 60 days for a clear coat and 2 days for wax.

Q: Will I ever have to take car signs off my truck?
A: Yes. We recommend these magnets for short-term use, especially repeat short-term use. Long-term use without caring for the car surface underneath can run the risk of paint damage. If you’re looking for longer-term car branding, check out our car door decals or car window decals.

Q: How often should I take the magnets off my vehicle?
A: At least once a week – and we recommend that you wash and dry the space under your magnet. If you live somewhere that experiences extreme weather, we recommend you remove your magnet more frequently – ideally once a day – to keep your magnet and car paint looking fresh.

Q: Can I wash my car with these magnets on?
A: We recommend removing magnets before washing your vehicle.

Q: Where should I put my car magnets?
A: The best answer for your magnet may depend on your specific vehicle. If you’re working with a larger pickup truck, you can take advantage of the size of a side door with your choice of prominently displayed magnetic truck signs. Magnetic signs for vans may include options for side panels or even the back door – especially opportunistic if you’re often in heavy traffic. That’s why we offer a range of options that can work with a variety of vehicle types and sizes.

Returns / Cancellation / Refunds / Exchanges 
All customers may cancel their subscription(s) at any time. What ever artwork, videos, or media that was created for you will be offered to you in a request up to 90 days. If you choose any digit marketing packages than your service will stop on the end of the month or date of each agreement of payment for that month. We will hold your package for 3 months in the server. After that resigning with fees and ect starts over like initial setup. No refunds on any products/services sold after 14 days. All refunds are subject to a deductible amount depending on the progress of work started. No refunds on any deposits including on any finance term(s) of any contract we agreed upon with purchase. No refunds on any digital products / services. No returns on physical items that's not company fault / open products, but may be subject to an exchange if approved by APUMarketing.com.
